The museum is located at Pearson Airfield, the oldest functioning airfield in the nation, just south of the Vancouver Barracks. Today, the Air Museum is one-third of a project to recreate a pre-World War II Army Air Corps Field, the sort that would have existed at Pearson in the 1920s and 1930s.
